Our Mission
Blue Sky Bio-Fuels produces "beyond ASTM" quality biodiesel for use in diesel engines. We convert used coocking oil generated from restaurants, food production, and public utility sewer systems into a valuable source of fuel.
Blue Sky Bio-Fuels was incorporated in June 2006 and is in development of a biodiesel production facility in Oakland, CA. The facility is ideally situated adjacent to Oakland's main rail line and two blocks from major interstate access. Blue Sky's proprietary process will allow us the opportunity to produce Biodiesel from a variety of feedstocks. Our longer term plans include constructing additional facilities in other urban areas where alternative energy needs exist.

Patrick MacIntyre, Owner and President
An entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in construction management and real estate development. Patrick has a broad business background in contracting, real estate and heavy diesel machinery. Patrick is currently the owner of 3 successful businesses with over 20 employees, the day-to-day management of which he has turned over to his staff in order to focus fully on Blue Sky Biofuel.
Ralph MacIntyre, Operations
A Biodiesel pioneer with over 7 years of experience in design, engineering and construction of biodiesel facilities. Ralph has participated in multiple biodiesel projects with his skills applied to initial design, engineering, construction, and launch to full operation. His past achievements include design and production manager with the first commercially viable plant in California.
Wesley Caddell, Buisness Development
Biodiesel industry specialist with experience in bulk fuel distrubution, quality oversight, sustainable biofuel sales and marketing. Wesley received a BA in Sustainability and Alternative Energy from New College of California in 2004. His past achievements include co-founding People's Fuel Cooperative, San Francisco based biodiesel delivery and consulting company and algae research group AlgaeFuel.org.
